Aisha is the lovely daughter of Kenny & Shela Hill of Tifton Ga. She recently graduated from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro Georgia in May 2020 with a BS Public Health and Minor Public Administration. Her upbringing is rooted in a rural environment with a large African American population, and she has witnessed first-hand the systemic barriers to health that often plague rural communities as well as low income families dealing with financial hardship issues. While attending College she had the opportunity to participate in multiple programs (On-Campus Christian Group, TRIO Student Services, Peer Advisor to Upward Bound Students, Southern Leader or Georgia Southern Leadership and Community Engagement, and Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority as an active member) that allowed her assist with various issues in the community. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura in June 2020. God blessed us with Aisha to be in our lives for 23 years, and she passed away to glory on June 25th 2020.
